Upper Rear Shock Mounts for 2000-2005 Excursion

This system allows for installation of conventional eye to eye type shocks on the rear of Excursions. Fits all model year excursions and most aftermarket excursions (build 2006-2016 models maintaining factory rear body). You cannot run multiple rear shocks on an excursion with this, or any mount we build.

This bracket works with bottom hose and bottom piggy mount shocks. It lets you run a race style shock on the rear of an Excursion. Upper shock eye needs to be 1-1/4″ wide with a 1/2″ hole. The shock will have 3/4″ less collapsed length when using this adapter. Plan your extended and collapsed lengths accordingly. You will need to narrow the top mounting eye width if you have a 1-1/2″ or 1-3/8″ shock eyes F250 – F350 shocks have 5/8″ x 1-1/2″ wide upper mounting. If you need shock spacers we have them for added cost. On bushing style shocks you can narrow the mount width with a sander to get them to 1-1/4″ wide.

This shock mount will not work with remote reservoir shocks with hose ports in the top cap. Use Kit#101347 with the upper hose remote shocks.
