Important Info:
DO NOT USE the 4.5in or 5.5in springs on ANY 4.5in lift, they will be too tall. Instead use #105083 or #105050 with OUO Leveler #105020 so you can adjust the suspension height.
If used on a 1999-2004 axle conversion to a 2005 F250/F350 SD axle these springs will be 5.5in of lift.
If you have a Tremor, your stock spring is likely the same as the 2019 truck. Please see kit #105083
